DVR

Every company is required to prepare a document that assesses all safety and health risks to workers present within its operations, the so-called DVR (Risk Assessment Document). This document must consider all workplaces, all workers and all hazards present. Finally, possible changes that will reduce or eliminate the risks must be defined, also indicating what the priorities of the measures to be taken are. SANCTIONS

The Employer may incur the following main penalties (Legislative Decree 81/08):
All fines are to be increased by 9.60% in connection with the enactment of L.99/2013
Failure to assess all risks and failure to prepare the risk assessment document (DVR):
Arrest from 3 to 6 months or fine from 2,500 to 6,400 euros Arrest is from 4 to 8 months in companies with significant risks or with exposure to biological risks (Group 3 or 4), ATEX, carcinogens or mutagens, asbestos, construction sites > 200 u/g and with the presence of more than one company, mines and shelter and care with more than 50 workers.
