Legislative Decree 81/08 states that the presence of the Workers’ Safety Representative (RLS) in the company is an obligation for the employer and a right for the workers.

The Decree stipulates that all enterprises with at least one non-probationary employee must have an RLS.

THE RLS must be elected by the workers, the election must be reflected in minutes of a meeting, and the name must be reported to INAIL.

In the event that workers do not elect an internal RLS, the employer can make use of a Territorial RLS. This service makes it possible to have available in a short time, qualified referents in prevention, protection, health and safety at work who can fulfill the obligations prescribed by law. By benefiting from this service, the company will benefit from a trained, competent, serious and efficient resource. Each RLST is carefully selected and trained.
