Through the calls for proposals there are many opportunities to see investments and training reimbursed.
Announcements may be published by different agencies:
The latter are Paritetic Interprofessional Funds (Law 388/2000), bodies of an associative nature, promoted by the entities representing employers and those representing workers and aimed at promoting training activities aimed at workers in all companies.
They are authorized to collect the 0.3 percent paid to INPS by the company and redistribute it among their members. It should also be considered that this percentage of resources is turned over to INPS in any case: the company cannot decide to keep it for itself but can choose to divert it to a Fund.
By allocating 0.3 percent to an Interprofessional Fund, the company will be guaranteed that what it pays in can return to it in training actions aimed at qualifying employees according to company needs and strategies.
