Unlike other funds, FONDIMPRESA offers the possibility for each company to have its own Training Account from which to draw, by way of reimbursement of costs incurred, for the provision of training to its Employees. It does not place substantial limits on the training topics that can be financed, which are regulated according to the funding requested.

It is essential for the Company that ”Training” be designed and implemented based on its own and real needs.

ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTION

The Additional Contribution Notices are a tool designed to give small and medium-sized enterprises more opportunities to use their Training Account. The resources set aside in the Training Account, in fact, are proportional to the number of employees. It is, therefore, more difficult for an enterprise that has few of them to accumulate the sums needed to cover its training needs.

The company submits the plan using the amounts available in its Account. Fondimpresa puts in the rest (up to a set limit): an additional contribution that contributes to the goal of customized training.

The distinguishing features of the FONDIMPRESA fund are as follows:

• richness of the training topics funded;
• Flexibility and variety of funded training modalities;
• breadth of employee categories that can be formed;
• possibility of organizing “training chains” that expand the availability of resources;
• possibility of availing of advances of “provisions” and additional non-repayable contributions (for Companies with special requirements and according to the notices appropriately issued by FONDIMPRESA)

PROCEDURES AND TIMING FOR JOINING THE FUND

• Notify your Labor Consultant (or Payroll Manager) that you are making membership in the FONDIMPRESA Fund (code FIMA) through the UNIEMENS Flow.

• It will then be possible to initiate the registration request on Fondimpresa’s IT system, which must be digitally signed by the Company. Once the digital signature has been affixed to the document, the request will be sent and FONDIMPRESA, after the appropriate verifications, will transmit the access credentials to the Company via PEC.

• After registration, the Company will begin to accrue resources and it will be possible to start designing Funded Training Plans.
