FONDER

FONDER, Fondo Paritetico Interprofessionale, was established to operate mainly in the School and Social-Health-Assistance sectors through the promotion and financing of training plans, but today it now welcomes the membership of Enterprises in any sector. Its goal is to promote continuing education for Employees.

FONDER places no limits on the training topics that can be funded and provides grants for topics ranging from mandatory Workplace Safety training to advanced management training, from basic to specialized training.

The distinguishing features of the FONDER fund:

  • Variety of Tools: Voucher, General Notice, Thematic Notices, New Member;
  • richness of the training topics funded;
  • Flexibility and variety of funded training modalities;
  • breadth of employee categories that can be formed;
  • No financial burden or cost anticipation (the Fund will pay the Training Provider directly)

PROCEDURES AND TIMING FOR JOINING THE FUND

  • Notify your Labor Consultant (or Payroll Manager) to make the FONDER Fund membership (code FREL) via UNIEMENS Flow.
  • After about 60 days in the INPS “Cassetto Previdenziale” the Employment Consultant (or the Payroll and Contributions Manager) will detect the presence of the actual transposition of the accession by INPS
  • Upon receipt of the copy of the Cassetto Previdenziale, one can submit to the Fund the Training Project agreed upon in the meantime, according to the timelines defined by the Fund itself based on the active notices
