External RSPP Assignment

Legislative Decree 81/2008 requires that within each company, a Person in charge of the Prevention and Protection Service, an extremely important figure who must be appointed by the Employer and who must possess suitable skills and requirements appropriate to the nature of the risks present in the workplace.

This figure, assists the Employer in identifying, assessing and managing the risks present in the company.

With the service of appointment and assignment as an external RSPP, we are able to insert ourselves in the corporate organizational chart by managing all the issues that such a role imposes, allowing companies to benefit from an expert figure capable of supporting the Employer in the management of prevention and protection of workplaces for all production sectors.

  8. Assumes responsibility for managing all documentation related to safety in the workplace with particular attention to the evolution of current regulations
  9. Cares for the periodic training of workers in relation to safety
  10. Submits to the employer a report of periodic inspections highlighting the anomalies found and possible solutions to be adopted
  11. Formalizes the risk analysis, drafts and updates the plan of actions necessary to maintain a high level of health and safety ei workplaces
  12. Provides telephone support at all times
  13. Drafts customized procedures for handling special activities with high risk of injury to prevent accidents
  14. Organizes and manages the periodic safety meeting as required by Article 35 of Legislative Decree 81/08, as amended

SANCTIONS

The Employer may incur the following main penalties (Legislative Decree 81/08):
All fines are to be increased by 9.60% in connection with the enactment of L.99/2013

Failure to Appoint RSPP arrest from 3 to 6 months or fine from €2,500 to €6400
Obligation ofTraining by DL who assumes the role of RSPP arrest from 3 to 6 months or fine from €2,500 to €6400
