Talent Discovery can identify the strengths, areas of enhancement, communication style and soft skills of the person being analyzed.

It is based on theories of human behavior recognized in various parts of the world.

These are not only psychological theories, but also management tools aimed at improving business efficiency.

These are theories of Carl G. Jung, later developed by William Moulton-Marston (who defined the Four Dimensions Character Map) and then further elaborated. The Extended Disc Assessment is an integral part of the daily routine of thousands of companies around the world, as it can provide Management with important information about their team and the candidates they are selecting, information that, without its use, is very costly to obtain, in terms of time and economic resources.

The Extended Disc Assessment recognizes 160 different behavioral styles that it basically frames into four strains, according to the distinction from which the acronym DISC is derived. Where D stands for dominance (dominant style), I for inducement (influencing style), S for supportive (supportive style) and C for compliance (fulfilling style).
