Fondoprofessioni economically supports the development of professionalism of employees of professional firms and related companies. The Fund makes available to its members, through various ways and means, economic resources for the implementation of single-company, multi-company and catalog-based training plans.

The Fund’s target sector is Professional Practices, which includes, among others: Agronomists, Agrotechnicians, Architects, Lawyers, Accountants and Bookkeeping Experts, Labor Consultants, Dentists, Geologists, Surveyors, Engineers, General Practitioners, Pediatricians, Notaries, Industrial Experts, Psychologists, Auditors, Veterinarians.

Companies in sectors other than Professional Studies can also join Fondoprofessioni and access resources for the implementation of training plans.

FUND PROFESSIONS places no limits on the training topics that can be financed and provides grants for topics ranging from mandatory Workplace Safety training to advanced management training, from basic and transversal training to specialized training.

Professional Studies and Societies among professionals cannot participate in training plans on Mandatory Security, Privacy and Anti-Money Laundering. For these issues, interested parties can apply directly to Ebipro (Bilateral Body of Professional Studies).

PROCEDURES AND TIMING FOR JOINING THE FUND

• Notify your Labor Consultant (or Payroll Manager) that you are making membership in the PROFESSIONAL FUND (code FPRO) through the UNIEMENS Flow.

• After about 60 days in the INPS “Cassetto Previdenziale” the Employment Consultant (or the Payroll and Contributions Manager) will detect the presence of the actual transposition of the accession by INPS

• Upon receipt of the copy of the Social Security Drawer, one can submit the Training Project agreed upon in the meantime to the Fund, according to the timelines defined by the Fund itself based on the active Notices.
